The Resolve Ireland Ombudsman Service is an external, secure and independent confidential Disclosure helpline. This is accessed through a dedicated telephone number available to clients of this service.

The caller will be put in contact with an experienced ombudsman who talk to the person directly and handle the contact in a sensitive manner consistent with gathering all information that is relevant to the issue.

We will assist the individual in understanding their options and resolving their issues or concerns.
